Troubleshoot Issues Downloading Certificates on HubSpot Academy - Update from the HubSpot Team

Hi all,

We're aware of a problem preventing some users from downloading their certificates.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

To be able to troubleshoot it, we'll need more information.

Can you please follow these steps so that we can see what's happening:

1. Collect a HAR file
2. Contact our Support Team. Here we have 2 options below:

- If you are a paid customer, here is how to contact the Technical Support.
- If you are a free customer, please fill the form at the bottom of this article and share this Community Post with the Support Team.

Certificate Not Downloading After Exam Completion

I recently completed the Service Hub Software Certification and passed the exam. However, when I try to access my certificate, it shows “Hang tight while your certification loads."

Please help me in downloading my certificate .Screenshot (525).png

I passed the inbound marketing certification exam this morning. I am not stil able to view my earned certificate. It's still shows loading. Please help me with this issue as I have invested my precious time and energy to this course, and not able to view or download my certificate is heartbreaking. It seems that all my time got wasted. Please load my certificate as soon as possible so that I can download it and share it on my LinkedIn profile.

I submitted my practicum for HubSpot CMS for Developers II: Best Practices two or three weeks ago and last two days, I received an email saying that I passed my practicum exercise but my view hasn't updated and I cannot find my certificate as my course it says is still in progress. Kindly find the image below for your refrence.

I completed the Content Marketing certification this morning. The certificate will not download as of 4:30pm EST. I am not able to post the certificate to my LinkedIn profile. It states "Hang tight while your certificate loads." I was able to email my results and score to my personal email. I recevied this information instantly. Therefore, my Internet is working. I just have problems with the certication. Thank you.

I’ve completed the Content Marketing Certification and I’m currently unable to download my certificate due to the issue mentioned here. I have already collected the HAR file and submitted it through the Support Form as instructed, including the link to this community post.

Hello Hubspot Team,

I have completed my certification course on Revenue Operations and passed my final assessment. However, the certificate has been loading for an hour now. Could you please rectify this?

I completed and passed the SEO Certification exam. At the end, to get my certificate, the wheel just kept spinning for several minutes. I refreshed and got nothing. Sadly, did not record a HAR for this, but I am submitting a HAR for when I went back to try and access my cert in the way described in the Help section.

 

UPDATE: Can't submit a HAR because the link in the form above for free users is only for login issues. I'm not sure why HubSpot thinks I would pay for services if the free is this much hassle.

I followed all the instructions and am still unable to download my certification, whats even more dissappointing is that I am forced to upgrade my plan if I want to talk to a human support, this is terrible and a complete scam I would like my certification that I earned without having to upograde my plan.

Hi, I just retook the exam since my certificate expired. But the indicated certificate's expiration is 2023. Wonder what I could do to update it. Thank you

Just a quick message to say that I’m experiencing the same issue.
If someone from the HubSpot team could get back to me to help resolve it, that would be great.
It’s been a week since I successfully completed my certification, but I still can’t access the certificate due to the same problem others are reporting.
