Workflow not respecting dates on a equal to branch

I set a workflow that selects a date to assing different participants to a webinar and triggers an email invitation. When testing it moves to the selection correctly, when running and assigning to teams webinar it doesnot respect the day selection and assigns the user to every possible webinar date.

Can you please share a screenshot of your workflow and more details about how you're testing? (workflow test feature, actual enrollment of a contact in a live workflow etc)
