Hi all. I am currently looking for a way to track volunteer hours for our nonprofit so that we can let orginizatons and companies know how many hours their company has donated as well as how much that equates monetarily.
For example:
"Thank you, Chase Bank. Your employees have donated 146 hours of volunteer time in the past year. That is $3,000.00 of paid employment for survivors."
I would need a practice on how to put those volunteer hours into Hubspot and then how to pull that information so I can track it.
That makes sense, and it’s a great way to show impact to corporate partners. One approach is to create a custom property in HubSpot for volunteer hours and associate it with contacts or companies. From there, you can use calculated fields or reports to convert hours into a monetary value based on an hourly rate.
For organizing and managing detailed data setups like this, third-party tools can show how structured configurations can stay flexible and scalable, which is a helpful mindset when designing custom tracking systems in HubSpot. Once set up, HubSpot reports or dashboards can then pull totals by company for easy sharing.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
