These are really well-structured SMART goals. You've done a great job outlining both primary and supporting KPIs, which will definitely help with tracking and adjusting your strategy over time.

It seems like these goals are tied to website performance, possibly organic traffic and on-site conversion, but it's not totally clear if they're part of a broader initiative like a campaign, product launch, or even an email-driven strategy.

For Goal 1, you might also consider including metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC) or retention rate if you're running paid campaigns alongside your organic work. That can help frame your revenue growth in terms of efficiency and sustainability.

For Goal 2, you're covering a lot of important SEO indicators. If you aren’t already using tools like Google Search Console or something like Ahrefs or SEMrush, they can be really helpful for tracking your rankings, impressions, and backlinks.

If you're open to sharing more context about what these goals are tied to, whether it's a specific channel, offer, or audience segment, happy to help you pressure-test them or suggest supporting tactics. You're definitely on the right track.
