I completed the Inbound Marketing certification on HubSpot Academy on april and received a score of 49/60.

 

My HubSpot account is deactivated, and I cannot access my certificate.

Could you please send me the certificate in PDF to this email (kerensoliscajina@gmail.com)?

Hey @KSolis4 - thanks for providing that email address!

I've checked in with our Academy team, and they directed my attention to this knowledge base article, where it notes that "deleting your user will delete any Academy certifications associated with that email address." Unfortunately, we are not able to retroactively procure any certifications associated to emails that are tied to deleted users and accounts.
