I’m currently exploring new opportunities where I can apply 5+ years of experience in management and technical operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM strategy, systems integration, automation, and account management.

My background includes:

  • 5+ years leading and supporting teams across Operations, Customer Service, and Product

  • HubSpot data architecture, workflows, lifecycle stages, and pipeline optimization

  • CRM implementation and ongoing optimization (HubSpot Solutions Partner certified)

  • Revenue & sales operations support, forecasting, and executive reporting

  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, product, and leadership

  • End-to-end customer and account management, from onboarding through long-term retention

I’ve held leadership roles across Operations, Customer Service, and Product, and I’ve worked hands-on within complex HubSpot ecosystems involving integrations, data governance, and process automation. I also bring an owner’s mindset from running a service-based business, with strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills.

I’m open to roles such as:

  • Revenue Operations / Sales Operations

  • HubSpot Administrator / CRM Manager

  • Account Manager / Customer Success Manager

  • Implementation or Solutions Consultant
