Lost access to HubSpot Academy Practice Mode

Hi Community Team,

I’m reaching out because I have suddenly lost access to the Practice Mode in HubSpot Academy.

I was actively using it for my certifications, but now the option is gone and I haven't received any email notification regarding an expiration or a violation of terms. My main portal is working fine, but the practice environment is missing.

Could a Community Manager please check if my learning portal has expired or if there is a technical sync issue with my account?

Thank you for the quick response.

I no longer have the option to select the Academy Practice Mode portal. Previously, when I navigated to my profile to switch accounts, the practice portal appeared as an option, but it has now disappeared.

I even tried to access the portal directly by entering the Practice Mode Portal ID into the URL, but it automatically redirects me to my primary user account instead of loading the practice environment.

I have attached a screenshot showing that it is missing from my account list. 

Could you please verify?

I took a look and can confirm that both your Free account and your test Developer account are active and running smoothly.
 

Could you let me know exactly where you're running into trouble? If possible, feel free to share a screenshot (just make sure to hide any sensitive info) so I can better understand what’s happening.
 

Are you having any issues logging into your account? If that is the case, can you please submit the form at the bottom of this article.
