Why isn't the line item font changeable?

There is misleading verbiage directly under Heading 4 (H4) that says "formatting of the line item names." However, it doesn't actually change anything about the line item names and after talking to HS Support, they said the line item name font cannot be changed. If every other font area is available to be changed on a quote, please make it make sense that line item names are the only thing that cannot be changed and therefore they stick out oddly when they are a heavy bold (for some reason) and all the other text on the page can be a different font.

Has anybody figured out how to change their line items to match the rest of their chosen font on a quote?
