Certifications not showing in account

My certifications are not showing in my account. When I contacted chat support, they sent me a screenshot of the certifications showing on their end when they accessed my account. However, they said that they could not help me since I'm using a free account and told me to ask here...

 

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
