Are custom modules for email templates still possible?

Hello! I am attempting to create a custom module for emails, and under the option "Select the types of content you can add this module to:" emails are not an option. According to the documentation I am seeing, that should be listed.

Am I looking at the wrong thing, or is this no longer an option? Many thanks!

@SHubbell - In my instances, everything loks like you would expect. For example:

However, it's likely to be the case that a module that contains JS/CSS could not be updated to use in an Email. Could that be your situation here?

Thanks for your reponse! This is what I am seeing when I create a new module.

Could this be a limitation of my "free" account level?

Quite possibly - Marketing Free for example, does not include marketing email options I believe.

yeah - unfortunately @SteveHTM is correct, 

custom email modules are only available in Professional and Enterprise tier Hubs. 

Even while you technically can create email modules with local development, they won't show up in the module list if you're on Free or Starter.

Why? I don't know, but I have an idea which I won't share publically. 

Personally, I'd love to see them in Starter.

Luckily I'll be getting access to an Enterprise account soon, but I was hoping to figure some things out ahead of time. Thanks for the confirmation!
