Hello,
I have activated automated Lead stage progression :
However, activities that are associated to my companies or contacts don't get automatically associated to the associated lead. This results in the lead stage not moving forward.
I have check the Activities associations settings, however Leads are not an option there:
How do I get my activities (call, emails) to be automatically associated to my leads ?

You are correct. Currently, there is no option to automatically associate the activities logged on Contact and Company records to the associated Lead records. With that said, I found this Community post, where another user recently requested this very feature. I highly encourage you to upvote this idea and expand on it in the comments to echo the need for this feature directly to our Product team!

Also, in Hubspot documentation Sync lead ownership and activities it's mentioned "Also, activities from the associated contact or company don't sync to the lead by default. You can also manage settings for syncing ownership and activities. This can help maintain consistent data between associated leads and contacts."
Following that statements, it seems possible to synch activities to associated leads. Am I missing out on something?
