How to Enable Website User Journey Tracking in HubSpot Contacts?

Hi HubSpot Community,

Previously, HubSpot had a feature that allowed us to track a website visitor’s full journey on a connected website.
In the contact record, it showed:

• Pages the user visited before submitting a form

• The exact page where the form was submitted

• Main form fields like name, email, and phone number

Recently, I’m unable to see this information the same way, and I’m not sure if the feature is disabled, moved, or requires additional settings.

Could someone please guide me on:

• How to enable website user journey tracking in HubSpot?

• Any specific settings, tools, or subscription requirements needed for this feature?

This doesn't need to be enabled

Can you confirm that you're within the Activities tab on a record page and that you haven't applied any filters? Filters are explained here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/filter-activities-on-a-record-timeline#view-and-filter-activit...

Kindly understand my condition previously I just paste tracking code on website then hubspot automatically records user journey after form submission which shows in contacts tab now its not recoding automatically

@KMorris3 is your expectation that you're seeing this for every contact? This is not the case: Contacts must've:

• Accepted cookies
• Submitted a form

For the contacts where you're not getting this information, can you confirm that these requirements are met?

The tracking code is not a guarantee that you'll see this information for every contact.
