How do I report a bug? HubSpot says I've used 10 custom properties when I've actually used 8.

Primary problem: I'm trying to create custom properties. I had created 10, deleted 2 (archive first then delete). Filtering shows that I have 8 custom properties, but banner message says that I have 10, even after signout/signin to hopefully prevent use of cached data. Please advise on how to get this fixed.

Secondary problem: HubSpot has made it exceedingly difficult for free plan user to report (suspected) bugs. Not good.

Hi @DHair1,

 

Have you checked if you have created custom properties on any other object than the one you're looking at (Company)?

Yes, 1 property on Contacts + 7 on Companies = 8...I even checked that the properties which I "deleted" were truly deleted (my screenshot shows "Archived=0") because at first the "deleted" properties were still counted as "Archived".
