How to create a segment (list) of contacts and companies I have followed?

I just joined a company and have been reviewing contacts and companies with a co-worker. I have followed some of them to keep track of any future activity. How can I create a list of these records so I can go back to them at any time and review? I am not seeing any filter or logic options when I try to create a segment (list).  Thanks in advance.
