I want to create a workflow that finds trade customers who have 1. Been on our website in the past or purchased/engaged with us over 180 days ago 2. Lapsed for a period of 180 days 3. Recently returned to the website (viewed a page). If the customer meets these I need to send an internal email to let a sales rep know and reach out to the customer. I am struggling to figure out the filters I need to find these customers though.
I see you are creating a segment with the criteria you described, which is on my opinion looking good, next steps are - Go to Automations > Workflows > create a new workflow - For the trigger criteria, chose contact object and select the option "when filter criteria is met"
- Then select "Segment (list) membership"
- Search for the segment you created with the previously mentioned criteria - Add WF action "send email" in the communications section

I just want to check on my segment, as need to make sure I am clearly defining those that have lapsed for 180 days but then in the last 7 days returned to our site. I don't just want to collect everyone who has visited the site in the last 7 days (need to ensure that they have had a lapsed period)
