Create deal that shows deal stage and number of tasks open

Good afternoon,

Could you please advise on how I would create a new report show the deal stage on X axis & number of tasks open on Y axis.

I would like to be able to get a list of closed deals (over a certain period of time) with tasks still open to be actioned.

Hi @RSergeant,

You would use the custom report builder for that: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

1. As data sources select Deals and Tasks
2. Drag and drop "Deal stage" onto the x-axis
3. Drag and drop "(Count) tasks" on the y-axis
4. Apply a report filter for "Task status", assuming you want to filter out copmleted tasks
