Do we know why sometimes the leads do not show up in real-time on the reporting dashboard? They usually do, but then for some reason they stop and in will then take 24 hours to appear.
I hit the "refresh data" button; however, this does nothing. Instead new lead forms that are filled out will ultimately appear the next day but I cannot figure out why this happens sporadically.
@LSerrato filters based on "last x days" exclude the current date - while unintuitive, it's expected behavior. If you want to include today, you'd have to set a filter for "Create date is less than 365 days ago" instead. It's a small nuance but "less than" includes today, "last" doesn't.

If you find that they consistently don't and if there is no filter on the report that could cause this, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly in-app via chat or email.

Perhaps, it's as rudimentary as adjusting the filters. There are quite a few to choose from and I suspect it has to do with the date range. However, there are no filters set at the moment. Ideally, it should populate the number of leads (based on a form fill) per month. So, with that logic, when the form is filled then the number on the graph should increase by 1. The current problem is that, it takes 24 hours to populate that data and I cannot seem to find where that logic is coming from. Thought the filters and date range properties would be more clear. In the past, when I've open chat support often times I end up in the chat for 45+ minutes for very simple questions.
That makes sense, let me try to share without divulging proprietary information. This might be something I need to review on call given the nature of the information, but I was hoping it was something little that I was missing which offset data by 24 hours.
