Unable to connect Facebook Ads to HubSpot – OAuth loop despite full permissions

Hi,
I’m trying to connect Facebook Ads to HubSpot (free account), but the OAuth authorization keeps failing.
I have full control over:
– Meta Business Portfolio
– Facebook Page
– Ad Account (owned by the same business, not shared)
– Pixel
When I click “Continue as [my name]” in the Meta permissions window, I’m redirected back and the connection fails with no error message.
I already removed HubSpot from Facebook Business Integrations, disconnected Ads in HubSpot, tried incognito browsers, and reconnected from scratch.

Could a HubSpot moderator please reset the Facebook Ads OAuth connection or advise if there’s a known issue?
