Hi! I'm Shane, a Senior Community Moderator at HubSpot! My career, which spans Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) facilitation and Training Management, has always been rooted in a deeply human-centered perspective - whether I'm building connections or solving problems. I've also had a few adventurous chapters, including time as a flight attendant and a dancer both at Disneyland and on cruise ships, which taught me how to deliver a performance while maintaining connections with audiences around the world on land, air, and sea. While I excel at large-scale facilitation, I find the most value in genuine, intimate conversations. I'm here to engage, share, and continually iterate on what makes a community thrive.
