There is a setting for " Make call outcome required " which is great but it will also help to have the same setting for call direction for calls logged manually to remind users to set this and remove data gaps.
When logging activities, if its with a company with a lot of contacts it can be time consuming to log aginst all contacts, it would be better if there was a tickbox to say select all.

It would be helpful if you could bulk assign contacts to a company record rather than manually assigning each one. i.e. if you have 1000 contacts with @hotmail these wont be assigned to the correct company. We currently havee to manually go through 続きを読む

Along the toolbar in CRM it would be useful to have a quick access shortcut option to create a company or contact rather than having to go into the contacts or company list. Only a small icon would suffice along the toolbar.
We are creating a webinar invite form and want to limit it to only 100 attendees, is there anyway to cap a list/form out that once we have 100 registrations this form then shows an alternate message?
