Hi @djingo,

I agree with @Jnix284: defining a SMART goal should be a priority here. I recommend a strategic approach in general.

Is your website already optimized for lead generation? I would create landing pages for both Handyman Services and major remodeling and ensure each page is tailored to the specific needs and pain points of these services. Plus, your website should contain compelling CTAs using action-oriented language ("Get a Free Quote", "Book a Consultation") on relevant places such as the homepage, service pages and blog posts. To reduce friction and increase conversion rates, you should simplify your lead capture forms, i.e. ask for essential information only or implement chatbots on your website so that you can engage visitors in real-time, answer their questions, and capture their contact information.

What is your content strategy? I'd say in your case you could write blog articles about common questions and problems related to handyman services and major remodeling. Make sure these texts are high-quality and optimized for search engines so that you drive relevant traffic to your website. To get conversions, you should include CTAs in your blog as described above. To build trust and credibility, showcase successful projects with before-and-after photos, detailed descriptions, and customer testimonials on your website. Also, valuable resources such as guides, checklists, and eBooks in exchange for contact information are good lead magnets (for example, "10 Tips for Choosing the Right Handyman" or "Ultimate Guide to Remodeling Your Kitchen.").

Is your website already optimized for search engines (SEO)? To identify relevant keywords you could use tools like Google Keyword Planner or Ahrefs. Use them to optimize your content, meta tags, and headers for these keywords. Ensure your business is listed on Google My Business, Yelp, and other local directories. Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews. To optimize your website for local search terms, create separate service pages for each location you serve.

What about Advertising? One quick way of generating traffic to your website is running targeted ad campaigns like Google and Facebook Ads. Use ad copy and visuals that resonate with your target audience as well as retargeting ads to reach visitors who have previously visited your website but didn’t convert. Remind them of your services and encourage them to take action.

Let me know if you have questions.

Best regards

Adriane

@djingo this is an admirable goal, I'd recommend making it a SMART goal. For example, to determine if it's realistic you would need to identify how many leads you're currently getting to more clearly define what "increase" means. If you have none currently, going to 2/day might be very aggressive, but if you have 3/week then you're a lot closer to reaching that goal.
