Allow anonymous article feedback

Hello!

We are in the process of setting up our Hubspot KB and would love to use the article feedback feature to collect article feedback. However, because it requires users to submit their email address when submitting feedback, we have hid the feedback prompt for now (since you can't disable it via Hubspot settings, we've inserted custom code into the article page to hide the feedback prompt).

It would be really great if users could provide anonymous feedback without having to input their contact information! Having to identify themselves could discourage people from submitting their feedback at all. Also in our industry (EdTech) we have strict limitations on the personal info we can collect from customers. Ideally, users could select Yes Or No from the feedback prompt, and if they select No they could provide anonymous feedback about why the article was not helpful or did not meet their needs.

Hi @hillarylester I can confirm that the user can click whether it was helpful or not and that feedback will still be captured even if they don't leave their email - the email is a prompted after the feedback and shouldn't discourage anyone from providing the feedback initially.

The email is only requested to allow you to follow up if you choose - I would recommend hiding the email prompt with custom code rather than the entire feedback feature so you can still capture whether it's helpful or not.
