Trying to delete Support Pipeline

Hello. I am trying to delete my Support pipeline because it is no longer needed. We have transitioned fully into Help Desk, but when I go to delete teh Support pipeline it is attached to something in Inboxes. The only thing connected in Inboxes is this chat that I cannot disconnect, and I also can't find a way to change the pipeline. All of my chats are in the Help Desk, so I am unsure why I am having this issue. @ETvelia since HelpDesk is relatively new, I imagine there are some technical situations (like not being able to delete the old pipeline) that aren't fully resolved for customers who are transitioning from Inbox to HelpDesk. Since you have a paid subscription, I recommend reaching out to customer support directly so they can pinpoint what's preventing the pipeline from being removed and help get this resolved for you.

This situation appears to be quite unusual, and we need to escalate it to our support team for further investigation.

In the meantime, as a final troubleshooting step, could you please try accessing the feature from a private browser window and let us know if it makes any difference?

Yes, when I try it in the icognito window I still get the same results.

To successfully delete the Support Pipeline, follow these steps-

First, locate and delete the attached chat by navigating to Conversations > Inbox, finding the linked chat, and deleting it through the Actions menu.

Next, ensure there are no active deals or tickets associated with the Support pipeline by filtering tickets and resolving or deleting them accordingly.

Then, proceed to delete the Support Pipeline by going to Settings > Objects > Tickets, selecting the Pipelines tab, and choosing the Support pipeline for deletion.

 

If issues persist, check for connected inboxes in Conversations > Inbox > Settings and review automation workflows in Automation > Workflows, updating or deleting any relevant ones to complete the process.

There are no tickets or deals associated with this pipeline. When I try to delete the chat in the inbox, this is what shows: Image 7-1-24 at 4.24 PM.jpeg

I am also unable to edit the pipeline and all of my other channels (chats and everything else) are connected to Help Desk. I have no idea what this chat is and why it won't let me delete it.
