Form Notification Email - wrong Company

Hi All,

 

We have a problem with one of our forms. When we recive the email notification, it tells us that is is asscoiated with a particulr company - every time the same company.

 

But when you go to it, it isn't asscoiated with that company - it just shows on the email notification.

 

Any ideas what we have done wrong?

This seems like a caching issue @MAbrehart and like buggy behavior. I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support about this.

 

For a quick fix, if it's an option (and if you're not losing data by doing so), I'd consider simply deleting the contact record and creating a new one – for a fresh start.

 

Please also keep in mind that this is a public forum and you might want to delete all references of personal data of contacts who did not consent to their data being shared publicly.

Hi @MAbrehart,

 

Just to confirm, when you click on "View in HubSpot" you're seeing the referenced contact associated to a different company than Gade Surgery?

No, the contact is associated with no company (which is what we want, as we
were having lots of problems with companies of the same name, so we
switched off the association).

 

 

 

 But the email notification itself always says Gade Surgery.

I'm wondering if this was the last company the form associated with before
we amended the form to stop the association? But if it is, how do we stop
it??
