At Huspot academy in the courses for certification for Email Marketing the subtitles are not synchronized with what the speaker is saying. What should I do??? Ι change the broswer from mozilla to Chrome but i have the same problem.

Something happened to HubSpot's interface, and I can't view or access my 2023 email marketing certification, which needs to be renewed; at the very least I need to be able to see my certificate.
