In my sales process, whenever I create a company, HubSpot automatically creates a lead (deal) associated with it. After that, I add the contact (or multiple contacts) inside that same company — so company, contact (via automation), and lead are all correctly associated from the start. Since I work with outbound prospecting, the lead pipeline is where I track progress, priority, and the overall rhythm of pre-sales. The problem is: When I enroll the contact into a sequence, their activities are not natively associated with the company object. So when that contact opens an email, replies, clicks, or when a call is connected, those activities are not associated with the lead. Because of that, the native HubSpot automations that should move the lead through the pipeline do not work, even though everything is properly associated. I end up having to move the lead manually. In practice, the contact progresses, but the lead (the object I actually track) does not move, which completely breaks my prospecting workflow. What I need is simple: All contact and company activities should be automatically associated with the lead they are linked to, so the pipeline reflects the real journey of the prospect. Thanks!
